I bought this water after trying a simethicone product from the same company. I preferred simethicone, as it was more effective and pleasant-tasting. While dill water did ease tummy swelling, it caused some belching and tantrums, leading me to revert to simethicone, which worked much better.

Effective for discomfort
It seems to help, especially when I give my child dill water, as it reduces crying and swelling. However, the taste is excessively sweet. While the measuring syringe is helpful for accurate dosage based on age and weight, I find it somewhat hazardous for administering the medicine to a child since it can lead to choking due to strong pressure. I recommend measuring with a syringe, pouring into a baby spoon, and then administering the dose that way.
